A SaaS explainer video case study showing how SincX simplified employee management software, reduced sales call time, and improved lead qualification.

What We Made
A 2-minute master explainer video.
The Business Problem
SincX grew almost entirely through word-of-mouth and private referrals — people already trusted them, so they never had to explain the product from scratch. They wanted to start bringing in cold visitors straight from their website, but the platform was too complex to explain through website text and feature lists alone. Regular visitors got instantly confused by the tech talk and long feature lists.
The User Problem
Everyday business owners visiting the SincX site felt overwhelmed and confused — too much tech, not enough clarity. They wanted a fast, simple answer to one question: “Can this tool make my work life easier, or not?”
Our Process
Digging & filtering — stripped away the jargon, identified what users actually cared about.
Mood boards & visual style — aligned on visual direction before building anything, no guessing.
Script & storyboard — mapped a 2-minute structure: hook in the first 5 seconds, show the pain, reveal how SincX fixes it.
Animation (After Effects) — turned the concepts into smooth, high-end motion graphics.
Results
Sales call time cut in half — calls went from 40 minutes to 20 minutes, because prospects already understood the product before the call started.
Better lead pre-qualification — the video filtered out poor-fit prospects. Only people who genuinely related to the product booked demo calls, meaning sales time went almost entirely to qualified leads.
Gave SincX a 24/7 “source of truth” asset that does the explaining work their team used to repeat manually on every call.
Key Lesson (Retrospective)
“Keep it human.” Companies always want to show off every feature and button — but users don’t care about buttons, they care about how the tool makes their life easier. Focusing strictly on business value over raw tech specs is what made this brief land. A good explainer video doesn’t just explain the product — it filters who’s worth talking to.
